Terms of Payment

Initial fees (Registration, Capital Levy, Insurance) are payable upon registration and are non-refundable. Failure to settle the first trimester's fees by the due date will result in the loss of placement for the selected BTEC/HND course.

Registration & Transfers

Enrolment for technical courses (Level 2 - Level 5) is open year-round, subject to availability.

New Students

Registration must be completed at least 30 days prior to course commencement. Withdrawal from the process forfeits all non-refundable fees.

Annual Tuition Discounts

Families enrolling multiple students benefit from the following structure:

• 5% OFF — 2nd Child
• 15% OFF — 3rd Child
• 25% OFF — 4th+ Child

Exams & Technical Resources

Pearson BTEC Verification: Fees for official Pearson registration and certification are charged separately.

Technical Assignments: Specific project materials for Engineering/IT courses may require additional investment (e.g., specific hardware components or software licenses) not included in tuition.

Transport & Boarding

Transport: Optional service (Quarterly/Annual). Routes cover major Lisbon/Sintra areas.

Boarding: A comprehensive annual program including accommodation, meals, laundry, and 24/7 pastoral care. School holidays (Christmas, Easter, Summer) require separate arrangements or additional fees.

Withdrawal Policy

Written notice of withdrawal must be submitted 90 days in advance. Failure to provide notice renders the full trimester's fees due and payable immediately.

Payment Schedule

Annual tuition can be settled via:

• Full Payment: By 31st August (Annual Discount apply).
• Trimester Plan: Instalments due on 1st Aug, 1st Nov, and 1st Feb.

Insurance

Student insurance is compulsory and invoiced annually. No student may access labs or workshops without valid insurance coverage.
